During the first visit, our dentist will inquire about your wishes and complaints. Together we will go through an extensive health questionnaire. Your medication use is important to us because certain medications for example may interfere with the anaesthetics. After that an oral examination will take place and possibly x-rays will be taken. The dentist will then discuss his/her findings with you. Together a treatment plan will be made with emphasis on your oral health.
For the introductory consultation, the code C001 is charged. Not all insurance companies reimburse code C001. For the correct assessment of your teeth, the medical questionnaire is important. If necessary, additional X-rays will be taken. How your insurance company reimburses the X-rays, can be found in your health insurance policy.
